Hey Salma, i think there is a voting mechanism that I might be able to implement if you wanted to thumbs up articles! I know sometimes I share things I don't totally agree with which is why I've gone with the "float to the top" method.
On the navigating with my employers about how much I'm reading, honestly (as I think you might have seen if you get alerts!) I read most early morning and evening and at the weekend. What I read at work tends to have some direct impact on what I'm doing at that moment, but I've never come into any issues with a manager (this is obviously a privilige, I have a lot of autonomy).
If someone was worried about that I would say maybe using your annual objectives to define learning objectives, using those as your themes and to seek out and keep track of articles that reflect only those themes.
I had started this board with this intention but as I found it more useful it's broadened out to include personal and professional. Just like in my weeknotes I think those two things are inextricably linked.
Thankfully working in the civil service means its easy to take a systemic view and to see where there is overlap with current events in your work and using the quotes enables me to show where those crossovers might be.
Hope that answers your question, thank you again for all of your support xx
